Sean Kelly MBA CIMA CMC FAHRI
Sean has had many years varied experience in management and consulting and has worked in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Southern Africa, primarily within the Food Manufacturing, Professional Services and Industrial Sectors.
Currently a Director of Kelly Resources, he was previously a Partner in Corporate Partners and Corporate Resources Management and held management positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, Giltnet Ltd., John P Young & Associates, Drake International, The Peters Group of Companies and the Dairiboard.
Sean commenced his career working in Professional Services and after a few years moved into consulting and management. He has worked across a broad range of industry and has been extensively involved in Business Growth and Restructuring, Strategy Development and rollout, Executive and Management Recruitment, Organisational change and Management team analysis.
Sean has initiated and implemented some innovative Management change and development programs and is very highly regarded in the field of behavioural analysis and its practical applications and implications upon selection, bench marking, organisational culture, management effectiveness, management development and peoples responsiveness to change. Sean's' Executive Recruitment and Consulting experience is diverse with his primary focus having been in Professional Services, Manufacturing, Finance and Marketing.
Sean has had over eighteen years experience in Management Consulting and Executive Recruitment and through his achievements in this field and wide ranging experience in consulting has been invited to address MBA and Post Graduate students at universities as well as being invited to talk at Professional Institute functions. He has written various articles on topical issues that have been published in professional journals and newspapers and been invited to talk on radio. Sean specialises in Business Growth and Development, Employee Engagement with Strategy and Recruitment.
Sean is actively involved in charity fundraising for the destitute elderly in Zimbabwe.
Kay McMahon
Kay is an experienced business coach, mentor and trainer. Kay combines an extensive knowledge of business with a deep understanding of emotional intelligence (EI) and works with businesses and other organisations to become more successful through the development of their people’s emotional intelligence.
Kay has thirty years’ business experience, working mainly in IT and marketing, in a variety of roles including business analysis, project management and management for companies such as Hanson PLC and Hewlett Packard. She has lead international projects and programs and worked in diverse and dispersed teams.
Kay believes emotional intelligence is about leadership, teamwork, partnership and vision and is applicable to every human interaction in business: from staff motivation to customer service, from brainstorming to company presentations. But the subject is far deeper and wider than these examples, and emotional intelligence must be able to understand and deal with: how we assess people, how relationships develop, how our beliefs generate our experience, and deal with resistance, power struggles, judgment, competition, success, and much more.
Kay has a powerful, intuitive approach to working with people that gives them insight and enables them to grow and develop. Having experienced challenging environments and witnessed the stresses and strains these can induce, she has a strong interest in maximising people’s personal effectiveness at work and their ability to create a good balance between their working and personal life.
She learnt mentoring and the practical application of emotional intelligence from Psychology of Vision. PoV UKaccredited her to deliver the Fundamentals of success programme and the Steps to leadership programme and she has over one hundred days of PoV workshop experience. She is also an accredited representative of Psychology of Vision's ground-breaking teaching programme for key stage 3 children (ages 11-14), It's OK being me.
Kay is a visiting lecturer atUniversityCollege,Birminghamwhere she teaches business skills.
She is also a certified NLP practitioner, training with Reg Connolly at Pegasus.
Kay trained as a coach with the European Coaching Foundation (now Rivas Palmer).

Peter has had a number of years experience in management and consulting. Christine Marsh
Christine is an experienced Facilitator, Coach, Change Agent & International Speaker. She has extensive and varied experience in both the Private and Public Sectors and has successfully managed and facilitated a number of business improvement and growth initiatives. Marie Hodgson
Marie has over 20 years’ experience as a Human Resources Professional and is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.
For the past 6 years Marie has provided an independent HR and mediation service but previously has worked within for the Unilever group (Management, Graduate & Employee Development roles) and as an HR Manager for two high street recruitment agencies. She completed a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources in 1990.
Marie became an accredited workplace mediator in September 2008 and offers mediation support to our clients alongside practical guidance on all areas of HR, particularly the application of employment legislation.
Marie has a practical and solution orientated approach to HR and mediation, coupled with a warm and sensitive style. Having worked for large international companies as well as smaller family run businesses, Marie draws on her experience from the manufacturing, service and sales sectors to effectively deal with a wide range of workplace issues, whilst remaining focussed on the commercial and strategic issues faced by her clients.
